VPDCA: MOON FESTIVAL CELEBRATION on SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2012
Volunteers needed days prior and day of the event for the followings:
1) Sunday, 9/30/12 from 2-8pm (Party)
* Set-up tables and chairs for up to 200 guests
* Prepare food and drinks * Decorate venue
* Check-in guests * Manage photo booth
* Clean-up
2) Thursday, 9/27/12 from 8-5pm (Toy Prep)
* Organize toys by age/gender
* Gift Wrapping
* Prepare Arts & Crafts
3) Friday, 9/28/12 from 8-5pm (Toy Prep-cont.)
